Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine what domains of leadership skills and organizational culture
significantly predict employees' organizational citizenship behavior. The 350 employees of the
Department of Agrarian Reform in Region XI participated in this descriptive correlational study. The
data were analyzed based on findings from government employees across the different divisions of the
Department of Agrarian Reform in Region XI. This study evaluated the influence of Leadership Skills
and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, examined the relationships
between Leadership Skills and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and between Organizational
Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and identified the specific factors that were the most
significant predictors of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. These findings suggested that leadership
behaviors that shape organizational identity and cultural cohesion are more impactful in eliciting
organizational citizenship behavior than operational or task-focused leadership functions. |
