Abstract: This article focuses on analyzing the role and significance of music education in a multicultural

classrooms have become more common, requiring music education to adapt to the diversity of
languages, cultures, and values. The article highlights key challenges, including language barriers,
differences in musical aesthetic perceptions, and difficulties in selecting instructional content that is
appropriate for various cultural backgrounds. At the same time, the article also clarifies the
opportunities that music education can bring, such as fostering mutual respect, developing critical
thinking, and promoting creativity. The research results propose specific solutions aimed at improving
the quality of teaching and learning music in multicultural environments, contributing to the holistic
